The first share allotment for the fundraise will be on 31 October 2023, and investors will have until 3pm on 30 October to submit funded applications.
The VCT, which invests in UK growth companies and may also co-invest with the Guinness EIS service, launched on the London Stock Exchange in March this year.
Guinness Ventures, the growth company investment arm of Guinness Global Investors, said the VCT's focus was on «companies that already have a proven product, service or technology, but are looking for funds to help them gain further traction in their respective markets».
