Heated clash: Donald Trump and Justin Trudeau’s post-tariff call reportedly turns explosive, filled with profanity and tense exchanges

It’s a big change from how things used to be. Before Trump, Canada and the US were like teammates, sharing the world’s longest border and trading smoothly under deals like NAFTA. Now, Trudeau says Trump’s taxes are “dumb” and claims Trump is acting in “bad faith”. According to an Independent US report, Trump even blamed Canada for letting fentanyl (a dangerous drug) into the U.S., which Trudeau called a total lie. Trudeau also accused Trump of trying to wreck Canada’s economy to make it easier to take over the country. “We’ll never be America’s 51st state!” Trudeau vowed.
Earlier in the week, Trudeau tried to call Trump to talk it out before the taxes kicked in, but Trump ignored him. When the taxes officially started Tuesday, Trudeau said Canada won’t back down. The whole drama shows how the once-friendly neighbors are now clashing hard, with trust
