This decision comes after a series of constructive discussions between the two parties, during which TGBCL assured the Company that it would address concerns related to pricing and outstanding payments in a timely manner, United Breweries said in an exchange filing on Monday.
«Until we receive further information, and based on these assurances, we have decided to restart our supplies to TGBCL for the time being,» United Breweries stated.
The Company said further that this is an interim decision made in the best interest of consumers, workers, and stakeholders.
«United Breweries confirmed that it will continue to engage with TGBCL throughout this period to ensure a resolution,»
