According to Yahoo Entertainment, this was his first full fiscal year as the Duke of Cornwall following King Charles's coronation in September 2022.

About 129,604 acres of land make up the portfolio, which is valued at $1.4 billion. With William inheriting both the title and the portfolio after King Charles's coronation, this vast wealth base provides for the Duke's financial needs.

The Duchy of Cornwall reported an annual revenue surplus of £23.6 million, or $30.4 million, for the 2023–2024 fiscal year. This excess basically represents Prince William's salary.
