Prime Video’s adult animated series "Invincible" will return for a fourth season. The announcement was made by creator Robert Kirkman at San Diego Comic-Con, where new details about the show were shared.

«Invincible» creator Robert Kirkman announced at San Diego Comic-Con that the show will return for a fourth season. He shared this news at Prime Video’s adult animation panel. Kirkman was joined by Vivienne Medrano, creator of "Hazbin Hotel," Travis Willingham, executive producer of "The Legend of Vox Machina," and Kyle Hunter, co-creator of «Sausage Party: Foodtopia.» These shows were also renewed for new seasons.

During the panel, Kirkman revealed a new blue-and-black costume for Steven Yeun’s character, Invincible, which will appear in Season 3. In the comics, Mark Grayson, known as Invincible, enters a darker and more violent phase, represented by this new costume. This change is a fan favorite from the comics.
«Invincible» finished its two-part second season in April, after starting the first half last November. The series was already set for a Season 3 renewal after its initial release in 2021.
