Recently, Donald Trump supporters lashed out at Elon Musk for calling for more skilled foreign-origin workers to come to the US and brighten the working community, as he believes that there is a lack of bright engineers and skilled workers in America, something that has triggered a major section of Conservatives who voted for Trump in the US Presidential elections 2024.

Trump has been going on about imposing mass deportations, and also travel ban from other countries that have a Muslim-majority, something he had done during his last regime as well. However, Musk's recent statements are not matching Trump's vision about immigration, which could pose problems for them while being very close in the federal government structure.
Musk has been handed over the responsibility of the Department of Government Efficiency, Trump's pet project, but the SpaceX head's recent statements are creating major differences between him and Trump's supporters who are not at par with his concept of H1-B visa. Many are also of the opinion that the American skill workers should be preferred than bringing in foreign employees, as the country's labor needs priority first.
