Ever since the Ohio Senator was announced as the vice-presidential nominee of the Republican party, he has been attacked on several fronts by the Democrats including Kamala Harris. Further, a poll published by CNN found that he had a negative approval rating. His support levels have fallen by minus six percent.

Chuck Schumer’s comment:

The Senator said that picking JD Vance was a bad choice by Trump who may be actually regretting it. He said that the decision only supports the Democrats politically. Trump may have unknowingly gifted the Democrats, a good opportunity in the upcoming poll.

Schumer added that Vance was more erratic and more extreme than Trump. He further said that Trump had an important decision to make before it is too late. He said that Vance could be replaced now.
