Jay-Z, Sean Diddy took turns to rape 13-year-old after MTV Video Music Awards in 2000; New court filings reveal
The allegations against the billionaire rapper and hip-hop mogul came as part of the flurry of litigation against Combs, who is facing federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges and at least 30 lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct. One of those lawsuits, filed in October, accused Combs and an anonymous celebrity of raping the teen at an after-party following the Video Music Awards in New York in 2000.
What did the accusations claim?
An updated complaint in a civil case against Combs alleges that Jay-Z, whose name is Shawn Carter, and Combs raped the girl at an after party following the MTV Video Music Awards in September of 2000, reported AFP.

«Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor. Many others were present at the after party, but did nothing to stop the assault,» the complaint reads. «Carter has been with Combs during many such instances described herein. Both perpetrators must face justice.»
Jay-Z had originally been identified in the complaint as «Celebrity A», the update lawsuit states, accusing Carter of filing a «frivolous» counter suit.
