Sussman stepped down from his chairmanship at the end of 2023, with Luc Bertrand, who has served on the board since September 2011, stepping into the role.
Bertrand was previously chief executive officer at Ackermans & van Haaren, the parent company of Delen Private Bank, which acquired JM Finn in 2011. He was also a full board member at Schroders.
Jan Suykens and Jens Van Nieuwenborgh also left the board recently and the appointments of Louise Hall, Christophe Maters and Vincent Camerlynck followed their departures.
