Other notable participants in the round include Oliver Jung, Paradigm Shift, Pioneer Fund, Jeffrey Epstein, Founder of Onboard and Aaron King, Founder of Snapdocs, among others.
This round is in continuation of its earlier success in fundraising, which was amongst the largest seed rounds by a proptech startup in 2023. Both the rounds were oversubscribed with existing investors displaying strong interest along with new investors at a multiple of the valuation from seed round. Nearly all of the earliest institutional investors in Landeed have now re-invested.
The new funding is the foundation for the development of Landeed Labs, a division dedicated to advancing the company’s AI and machine learning (AI/ML) capabilities. This initiative underscores Landeed’s commitment to maintaining its leadership in the proptech sector by spearheading technological advancements in property title search and real estate transactions.
