Ekansh, who has impressively lost 35 kg himself, frequently shares weight loss tips on Instagram. Recently, he revealed a ‘guaranteed’ diet plan to help people lose 5 kg in a week. But he also reminded his followers that while this method may work, it is not the healthiest or most sustainable approach.
