supernatural show “Lost” are now streaming on Netflix in the U.S. as of July 1.
The complete series of “Lost,” created by J.J. Abrams, Damon Lindelof, and Jeffrey Lieber, is now available on both Netflix and Hulu. This comes from a deal between Netflix and Disney reached last year. Other shows available on both platforms include “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Netflix originally had a deal with Disney/ABC for “Lost” in 2009. Hulu then acquired exclusive rights in the U.S. in 2018. Now, “Lost” is back on Netflix, sharing streaming rights with Hulu.
“Lost” follows the survivors of Oceanic Air flight 815, which crashes on a mysterious island in the Pacific. The series aired on ABC from 2004 to 2010. It won multiple awards, including Emmy and Golden Globe awards for best drama series.
The main cast of “Lost” includes Jorge Garcia, Josh Holloway, Yunjin Kim, Evangeline Lilly, Terry O’Quinn, Naveen Andrews, Matthew Fox, and Daniel Dae Kim. These actors played key roles throughout the six-season run.
Netflix announced the return of “Lost” with a social media post that said, “4 8 15 16 23 42.” These numbers are a reference to the atomic numbers of certain elements and are significant in the series. They were used by the character Hugo “Hurley” Reyes to win the lottery and became a recurring theme throughout the show.
