Finding the right candidate for a company is never an easy task. Given the hiring targets the recruiters have to align with — especially around roles which require hiring in volumes or for specific skill sets — 32% are also worried about the uncertainty of meeting hiring targets.

Some candidates use job offers to negotiate and find more competitive offers. About 29% of recruiters say they are unable to ascertain whether candidates are exploring multiple job offers. Among the participants, 28% express anxiety around offer rejections or candidate no-shows. These incidents often pop up at the last minute, requiring a reset in the hiring process. About 25% also highlight the stress of losing candidates due to budget constraints.
