I have always considered myself healthy, at least from the outside. I’ll be honest for the first time when I hit perimenopause.
I didn’t recognize my body anymore. As a certified personal trainer, I felt like a fraud because I didn’t know how to help myself, so how could I help other perimenopausal women through their struggles? I’m so relieved to have the answers to give other women their life back.
