Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics: Can Miami end its losing streak? Check stats, time, and game details
Despite their recent struggles, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra remains optimistic.
«We’re at our best when we don’t fear anyone,» Spoelstra said. «It just takes a win to get back on track.»
When asked about the mental toll of their skid, Spoelstra challenged his players:
«You have to reveal your competitive character. You can either give in or use adversity to find something better. You always have a choice.»

Miami’s latest setback was a 119-104 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday. Tyler Herro led the Heat with 31 points, but Spoelstra reserved special praise for rookie Pelle Larsson.
Larsson’s hustle was on full display when he dove head-first for a loose ball and, while still seated, dished out an assist.
«That’s one of the best plays I’ve seen,» Spoelstra said. «I think he got three loose balls on one possession.»
Celtics Look to Rebound After Loss to Thunder
Meanwhile, the reigning NBA champion Boston Celtics had their five-game winning streak snapped in a 118-112 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.
Boston attempted an NBA-record 36 three-pointers in the first half, making 15, but finished the game shooting just 31.7% from deep (20-for-63).
The Celtics, 15-4 in their last 19 games, have been without 7-foot-1 star Kristaps Porzingis since February 26.
«I’ve been dealing with some viral illness that we haven’t fully identified yet,» Porzingis said. «I’m recovering and getting better.»
Despite missing the first month of the season with an ankle injury, Porzingis is averaging 18.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in 32 games.
Thunder coach Mark Daigneault emphasized Porzingis' absence as a major factor in Boston’s play.
«It changes them significantly on both ends,»
