At a certain point in time, I came to the realisation that I needed to dedicate greater effort to my physical fitness.
Like many others, my journey with running began by attempting to sustain a continuous run for a few minutes on a treadmill. I found the challenge intriguing and engaging. However, the monotony of running on a treadmill eventually grew tiresome, leading me to join a running group.
