Effective immediately, the pair will be joined by Marcello Arona, CEO of AXA Investment Managers UK, and Nasreen Kasenally, global COO and UK country head of UBS Asset Management.

They will replace outgoing members Chris Hill, CEO of Hargreaves Lansdown, Nick Ring, CEO of Columbia Threadneedle, Marie Dzanis, head of EMEA at Northern Trust Asset Management and Hassan Elmasry, managing partner at Independent Franchise Partners.
The appointments were confirmed today (27 September) at the IA's annual general meeting, and each seat is typically held for three-year terms, with the option to seek re-election.
