Noida Authority to de-seal M3M projects, revokes earlier order
The Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Anil Kumar Sagar, has instructed the CEO of the Noida Authority to de-seal the properties of M3M, effectively revoking the earlier decision, according to the company. This decision has brought immense joy to the homebuyers who have invested in the project.
Sanjeev Kumar, one of the investors, said, “The order has come as a great relief to people like me. I had invested my lifelong savings for this home.”
Recently, the Noida Authority had sealed the M3M project, despite the company having already invested a significant amount of money. The project was allotted to M3M through an auction conducted by the Noida Authority. The sudden sealing had shocked both investors and the developer.
Speaking on this order, an M3M spokesperson said, “We welcome the decision of the government. The order has instilled our faith in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. We are committed to our investment in Uttar Pradesh and will ensure jobs and opportunities, along with creating a masterpiece for the state.”
This revocation marks a positive step towards restoring confidence among investors and developers, reaffirming the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s commitment to fostering a conducive environment for growth and development.
