An alumnus of the Central India College of Law, Nagpur, from the 2017 batch, Jain is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Before joining Physics Wallah, he led the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd in August 2024. He has also served as key managerial personnel and senior management personnel at Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd, along with his role as Associate Director — Legal and Group Company Secretary at AceVector Ltd (formerly Snapdeal Ltd).
In addition to AceVector Ltd, Jain has worked with startups such as Games24X7, PharmEasy, Future Generali India Insurance Company Ltd, and Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd.
