Arsenal and Manchester City are favourites to lift Premier League which begins this weekend. Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea may well be in the top four of the marathon soccer tournament. Fulham could be the surprise package this season, as per football experts.

Premier League’s all-time top-scorer and a legend of English football, Alan Shearer believes that the PL title race will be very interesting to see this summer and that if Arsenal were to sign a top striker then he ‘would back them to go on and win the league’.

Lifelong Ipswich fan Ed Sheeran has bought a small stake in the club ahead of its return to the Premier League.

Ipswich said Thursday that the British musician has acquired a 1.4% ownership stake, but will be a passive investor and not part of the club's board of directors. The club did not disclose the value of the deal.
