Pushpa 2’ has begun! The upcoming gangster drama is the much anticipated sequel to the 2021 blockbuster. Although the booking is available only in a limited number of states, response has been overwhelmingly positive so far.
Advance bookings for Pushpa: The Rule have officially kicked off in four regions: Kerala, Gujarat, Punjab, and Delhi UT. Currently, only 40 shows are available across these locations. While ticket sales have started gradually, the initial response appears promising.

Kerala is leading the pre-sales, contributing nearly 63% of the total bookings. Meanwhile, cine-goers in Delhi UT are showing significant interest, with the region accounting for 34% of the pre-sales, amounting to Rs 7.2K so far. As of Friday morning, Kerala continues to dominate with around 60% of total sales, followed by Delhi with 30%. Trade analysts predict a sharp rise in ticket sales over the next two days as excitement builds. With over 1 million interests on BookMyShow, Pushpa: The Rule is poised to create a massive impact at the Indian box office. Social media is already abuzz with discussions about the potential success of this Sukumar directorial.
Interestingly, Gujarat has the highest number of shows, but the response there has been comparatively subdued.
