Radhakishan Damani acquires 1.4% more in VST Industries

economictimes.indiatimes.comDMart founder Radhakishan Damani increased his stake in cigarette maker VST Industries by 1.4% through an open market transaction on Tuesday.
As per BSE bulk deals data, Damani acquired 2.23 lakh shares in the company at an average price of ₹3,390 per share, in a transaction of ₹75.6 crore.
As of September 2023, Damani held a 25.95% stake in VST Industries through his investment entity, Bright Star Investments. Shares of VST were locked in the 20% upper circuit at ₹4,060 on Tuesday.
