Ritika’s heartfelt post came soon after Rohit referred to Dravid as his “work wife,” a term coined by Ritika herself. She expressed how close Dravid had become to the Sharma family and shared how much their daughter, Samaira, would miss him. «So many emotions, you mean so much to our entire family. The post appeared just a few hours after the BCCI appointed Gautam Gambhir as the head coach until December 2027. Dravid and Rohit have had a close working relationship over the past three years, having started their roles as head coach and white-ball captain, respectively, after the T20 World Cup in 2021.
