Shaktimaan fans! India’s first superhero is making a glorious comeback! On Sunday, Mukesh Khanna, who brought the iconic character to life on the small screen, shared a picture of Shaktimaan in his evergreen red and gold uniform on Instagram and added a caption: “It’s Time For Him to RETURN. Our First Indian SUPER TEACHER- SUPER HERO. YES! As darkness and evil prevail over the children of today… It's time for him to return. He returns with a message. He returns with a teaching. For today’s generation. Teaching. Welcome Him. With both hands!!! Watch the new teaser."
The teaser, which was shared on the actor’s YouTube channel, shows Shaktimaan at school, checking sketches of various Indian revolutionaries such as Chandrasekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, and Subhash Chandra Bose, and singing, “Aazadi ke deewanon ne jung ladhi phir jaanein di, ang ang kat gaye magar anch watan par na ane di...”
On Instagram, the teaser gained over 12,000 likes. Many fans expressed joy at the return of their childhood hero. One Instagram user wrote, “Watching your serials a lot in my childhood made my childhood very memorable.” Another gushed, “Proud of our superhero..”
