Delhi's air quality has stayed in the 'very poor' range for 15 consecutive days, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on Wednesday.
As per CPCB data, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in several areas of Delhi continues to be critical. Anand Vihar recorded an AQI of 395, ITO was at 374, and Jahangirpuri measured 384, all falling within the 'very poor' category as of 7:30 AM.
Since October 30, Delhi’s AQI has consistently been in the 'very poor' range, beginning with a reading of 307 on that date.
A persistent layer of smog has covered Delhi and nearby areas, affecting visibility and raising health concerns.
