NFTs as Software Marketing Tools
By offering membership benefits including special features in their suite of software, Rip Bull Networks is adding a new dimension to the Non-fungible Tokens (NFT) world. Investors of Rip Bull’s NFT Poison Pog gain more than virtual ownership and community membership. At launch, Poison Pog immediately came bundled with free app features such as ad-free Cubilete Cup, another Rip Bull SaaS, and rare theme packs.
“Normally, Cubilete Cup is free to play with ads and limited skins. Poison Pog buyers get those in-app purchases for free,” explained co-founder Brandon Gutierrez.
Additional plans are in the works for expanded features in the rest of Rip Bull Network’s software suite including ZIB Messenger, a meta-verse 3D office, and G2 Minus, an encrypted messenger exclusive to Poison Pog tokens.
On December 24, 2021, Rip Bull Networks launched their presale campaign for Poison Pog NFT, releasing 500 tokens. The remaining 9,500 Poison Pog NFTs are available on OpenSea on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain and are listed for minting, at the price of USD 0.03 ETH starting January 24, 2022.
Rip Bull Networks plans to continue to leverage NFTs as a marketing tool for their software suite. “If someone wants to download Skype, they first need to buy Microsoft 365 to gain access to one of their tools,” shares Gutierrez. “We’re providing access to our products in a similar way with the popularity of NFT technology.”
