Since thousands of people will be assembling to witness the spectacle of a total solar eclipse, it will be much like hosting 20-30 Super Bowls in the US at once, according to a report by the New York Post.
According to reports, almost 31 million people live in the path of totality of the United States, and people from all across will gather in these densely populated regions which will amount to more than 150,000 to 575,000 visitors, according to a statement by the Ohio Department of Transportation, says New York Post.
States like Arkansas can expect approximately 1.5 million visitors when the total solar eclipse hits the US, according to an Arkansas Times report.
