Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks down as market falls

Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd.(down 3.05%), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.(down 2.95%), The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd.(down 2.67%), National Fertilizers Ltd.(down 2.66%), Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd.(down 2.17%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation Ltd.(down 1.99%), Madras Fertilizers Ltd.(down 1.96%), Gujarat State Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd.(down 1.86%), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.(down 1.80%) and Coromandel International Ltd.(down 1.75%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 334.46 points at 24214.25, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 1101.7 points at 80188.26 at around 10:49AM.
Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 1.46%) and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 0.1%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
