Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks up as market rises
ZUARIAGRO(up 7.94%), G S F C(up 6.63%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(up 3.21%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 3.21%), Madras Fertlizers(up 3.12%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(up 2.33%), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 2.33%), Aries Agro(up 2.24%), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 2.06%) and National Fertilizer(up 1.87%) were among the top gainers.
Bohra Industries(down 4.92%), Agro Phos(down 0.52%) and Coromandel International(down 0.10%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 278.55 points up at 20546.45, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 880.8 points at 68361.99 at around 10:50AM.
Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 6.03%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 4.55%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 4.49%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 4.34%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 3.36%), State Bank of India(up 3.2%), Coal India Ltd.(up 3.07%), NTPC Ltd.(up 2.62%), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 2.56%) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 2.25%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
