Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE
Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 99.0 points to 19572.1 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Gensol Engg, Winsome Yarns, Delta Corp, Xelpmoc Design and Navin Fluorine, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 8 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 42 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Auto, LTIMindtree, IndusInd Bank, Hero MotoCorp and BPCL were among top gainers, while Wipro, Coal India Ltd, Hindalco, Tata Steel and Power Grid traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 350.0 points down at 65527.02 at 10:34AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Irrigation & Allied Services, Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, IT Enabled Services and Tea / Coffee sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Plastics, Construction, Airlines and Electric/Electronics sectors.
