Tata Technologies has launched a hiring campaign, #Reignite, targeting female engineers on a career break.
The programme is in line with its renewed focus on promoting gender diversity across its workforce, the product engineering and digital services firm said.
#Reignite is designed to enable female engineers on a break to return to their career by offering a blend of specialised training, hands-on experiences and online learning resources, the Tata Group company said.
Eligible women on a career break can apply for the available roles by January 12. The process from there will involve several stages.
Stage 1: Explore – Those who are shortlisted will be invited for orientation sessions led by female experts. The topics would include modern digital engineering services, Tata Technologies as an employer of choice, and skills to ace interviews. Outstanding performers progress to Stage 2, while all others receive a certificate for successful completion of the Reignite orientation programme.
Stage 2: Elevate – The candidates will be provided training designed to enhance soft skills and technical knowledge in core project domains. Top performers move to the next stage, while the rest receive a certificate for completion of the Reignite technical training programme.
Stage 3: Engage – The selected women will be offered paid internship under the guidance of experienced mentors. This phase includes one-on-one guidance, hands-on project work and professional insights. Top performers will get an opportunity to be part of the Tata Technologies team, while all the participants will get a Reignite Internship programme certificate.
