The best and worst airlines in the world; this Indian airline made it to the bottom of the list

The 2024 AirHelp Score report has ranked airlines globally based on a comprehensive methodology evaluating customer experience, operational efficiency, and feedback. The rankings cover data from January to October. According to AirHelp CEO Tomasz Pawliszyn, the goal of the rankings is to «encourage airlines to continuously listen to passenger feedback.»
Among Indian carriers, IndiGo, the country’s largest airline by market share, ranked poorly at No. 103. The low ranking is attributed to its underwhelming performance in customer satisfaction and flight disruption claims.
