Oliver Mudie, the former nicest guy in Bank of America's London equities team, has got a new job.

Mudie, who was sadly cut from BofA's equities business along with others three months ago, has just resurfaced as head of sales trading for US clients at Kepler Cheuvreux in London.
Mudie's new manifestation comes as cash equities sales and trading continues to be squeezed by electronic trading houses. Equity derivatives teams, however, are thriving amidst this year's volatility.
Mudie spent 18 years at BofA, where colleagues told us he was «just an unbelievably good guy.» He previously spent around nine years at Cazenove. At Kepler, he'll be working alongside people like Chris Jay, head of sales trading for UK clients and Patrick Mortensen, co-head of sales for the UK client group. Both have been at Kepler for over a decade.
