Johnny Marr of The Smiths, the rock band, has made strong objections to their music being played at the events of the campaign of the former US President Donald Trump.
The footage of the hit song «Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want» by The Smiths, became viral from the year 1984, and was played at a Trump rally in South Dakota in the past year.
The conflict started when Ben Jacobs, the reporter wrote on the night of Monday that with Trump being scheduled to take the stage in Laconia, the newest inclusion to his pre-rally music was The Smiths.
