Meanwhile, in the Yellow Jersey standings after Stage 3, Richard Carapaz of EF Education-EasyPost, finished first with a timing of 15:21:41, followed by Tadej Pogacar of UAE Team Emirates and Remco Evenepoel of Soudal-QuickStep.
