Tourism, weddings, and MICE drive India’s hospitality growth; Indian Hotels, Lemon Tree top buy
As we progress into the final quarter of FY25, multiple factors are reinforcing the sector’s positive trajectory.
The industry is experiencing significant tailwinds, with increasing demand from Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), cultural festivals, and the ongoing wedding season.
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) is expected to grow 12-14% YoY in 4QFY25, supported by a double-digit rise in Average Room Rates (ARR) and strong occupancy levels.
Metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad continue to see a surge in business travel and event-driven tourism, further bolstered by a reduction in holiday breaks in the quarter.
