Transformers One has been released on digital platforms, allowing fans to enjoy the movie at home. The film explores the origins of iconic Transformers characters Optimus Prime and Megatron.
Transformers One became available for digital purchase or rental in the U.S. through Prime Video, iTunes and other platforms. Fans can also stream it on Paramount+ as of November 15.

The film premiered in Sydney, Australia, on September 11, before its U.S. release on September 20. It earned $129.4 million globally, including $59.1 million from the U.S. and Canada and $70.3 million from other regions. While its box office performance fell short of expectations, Transformers One received positive critical reviews. Rotten Tomatoes scores it at 89%.
Directed by Josh Cooley, the movie is the first animated Transformers film since 1986. The story is set on Cybertron and depicts the friendship and eventual rivalry between Optimus Prime and Megatron. This origin story reveals how their bond influenced the fate of Cybertron.
