Sangram Ghorpade, the former senior vice President at Cox & Kings, has been appointed as the CEO of Joy n Crew while Abhinav Chandra will take on the role of chief service delivery officer next month. Ghorpade was instrumental in scaling Cox & Kings' retail footprint, expanding into Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and developing strategic alliances across international markets. Under his leadership, the franchisee network grew from zero to 170 outlets in just a decade, contributing over 25% year-on-year growth in sales and profits. Chandra, a service quality leader, brings over 22 years of experience across the telecom, fintech, and travel industries, including a transformative tenure at Cox & Kings.
