In the EB-1 category, India’s Final Action Date remains unchanged at February 1, 2022. This category, which caters to individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, and certain multinational executives, continues to experience high demand, resulting in a stalled progression.
For the EB-2 category, designated for professionals holding advanced degrees or individuals with exceptional ability, India sees a two-week advancement to October 15, 2012. While the pace of movement remains slow, it offers incremental progress for those in this highly oversubscribed category.
The EB-3 Professionals and Skilled Workers category, which includes professionals with bachelor's degrees and skilled workers, also shows a two-week advancement for India, moving to December 15, 2012. Similarly, in the EB-3 Other Workers category, catering to unskilled labor, India’s Final Action Date advances by two weeks to the same date of December 15, 2012.
