Vodafone Idea has approved the Floor Price for its FPO at ₹10/- per Equity Share . In its release to the exchanges on Friday, Vodafone Idea said that the Capital Raising Committee , at its meeting held on 12 April 2024 has approved and recommended the same to the Independent Directors of the Company The committee also has also approved the Cap Price of the Offer to be at ₹ 11/-per Equity Share A minimum bid lot of 1,298 Equity Shares will have to be made by investors and in the multiples of 1,298 Equity Shares thereafter.
