The meeting, which was aimed at signing a joint US-Ukraine deal, went into shambles after a shouting match involving Trump, Zelensky and Vice President JD Vance, reported New York Post. Zelensky was led out of the White House without signing the deal they had planned to close. The agreement was to establish a US-Ukraine fund for the extraction of rare earth minerals, as per the report.
How the meeting escalated
According to the report, the Oval Office meeting started as a friendly meeting and rapidly descended into a heated fight. Trump even accused him of disrespecting the United States of America and he wanted Zelensky to leave after the shouting match, reported New York Post.

The New York Post stated that Zelensky left the West Wing at 1:42 p.m., two hours and 20 minutes after he arrived.
The meeting took an unexpected turn when Zelensky tried to explain the lack of diplomacy coming from Russian president Vladimir Putin, reported New York Post.

We’ve already started this transition, and we plan to do more of it this fiscal.”Beyond mobile phones and laptops, EMS firms are expanding into smart metres for electricity boards, aerospace and defence subsystems, railway safety instrumentation, printed circuit boards and display assemblies, and medical devices deployed in hospitals.India’s annual mobile phone shipments have remained subdued since the covid-19 pandemic, with industry estimates pointing to a single-digit decline this calendar year from 152 million smartphones shipped last year.The margin pressure driving this shift is increasingly visible.In FY26, Syrma SGS reported an operating margin of 7.1%, up 2.3 percentage points.
