Mukesh Jain experienced a twofold joy as his younger son Ayan, mirroring his elder sibling Arth's achievement in 2020, clinched the 16th rank in the UPSC civil services examination (CSE)-2023. Arth Jain, Ayan's elder brother, had previously secured the 16th rank in the CSE 2020 and is currently serving in the Madhya Pradesh cadre. Both Arth and Ayan Jain boast graduation degrees from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
«While I anticipated a commendable rank, it's purely coincidental that I secured the 16th position, just like my elder brother did in the 2020 CSE. It's a delightful surprise for all of us,» Ayan Jain told PTI.
Ayan Jain also said that if he gets a chance he would give Madhya Pradesh as his primary preference." Opting for mathematics as his optional subject, Ayan Jain clinched the 16th rank in his third attempt.
