Becky Lynch ends Tiffany Stratton's reign
With this victory, Becky Lynch brought an end to Tiffany Stratton's 108-day reign as champion. She avoided Stratton's third attempt at hitting her Prettiest Moonsault Ever finisher. She responded with a Manhandle Slam to get the win.
Becky Lynch: Goal for 10 years
Talking to the media, Becky Lynch said that it was her goal for the last 10 or 11 years to win the NXT Women's Championship. She said, «It has a great ring to it, doesn't it? The Grand Slam Man, here we go! Becky Balboa, we did it. Oh my goodness, this is wild. I've had 'Become NXT Women's Champion' on my goal list for the last 10, maybe 11 years.»
She said further, «It's one of those things, 'Okay, I'm not in NXT, maybe it's never gonna happen.' And then Tiffany just started running her mouth too much and here we freaking are. Can't say anything is impossible no more. Family full of champions!»

After winning the NXT Women's Championship, Becky said that her husband Seth Rollins is also a champion and so they are a champions family.
