XO, Kitty was renewed for season 2 in the past year. As per What's on Netflix, a filming window for three months will be starting in April 2024 and casting is in progress. A renewal order for season 2 was given after the debut of season 1 and the reason for that should not be a surprise. The show has garnered good numbers for the streaming platform but since the time of the renewal, not much has been disclosed about what will happen in the show next.
Anna Cathcart will be returning for the latest season as Kitty, and Gia Kim, Minyeong Choi, Peter Thurnwald, Anthony Keyvan, Sang Heon Lee, and Regam Aliyah will be recapitulating their roles. Jennifer K Han and Sascha G. Rothchild will be continuing as the showrunners.
