Multiplex giant PVR Inox has tied up with news channel Aaj Tak, to enable millions across the country, to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime event.
PVR Inox will broadcast the ceremony live through more than 160+ cinema halls across more than 70 states in India.
The much-awaited ‘pran-pratistha’ ceremony will be live-streamed by PVR Inox from 11 am in the morning, till 3 pm.
Tickets for the event can be booked through the PVR Inox app or website. The price has been kept at an affordable Rs 100. This price even includes a beverage and popcorn combination!
At a media interaction, Gautam Dutta, Co-CEO of PVR INOX Ltd expressed his excitement. “«Grand and historic occasions like this have to be experienced in a grand manner. The cinema screens will bring to life the emotions of a collective celebration across the country. It will be a privilege for us to be able to connect the devotees with this celebration in a truly unique manner,” he told the media.
Also known as ‘pran pratistha’, the consecration ceremony will involve the installation of the gorgeous idol of Ram Lala (the infant version of Lord Ram) in the Ram Mandir.
The event will host more than 11,000 attendees all across the world. Many who’s who from showbiz and India.Inc, such as Rajinikanth, Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt, Mohanlal, Dhanush etc have been extended the invitation.
Arun Govil and Deepika Chikhlia, who starred as Lord Ram and Mata Sita in the 1987 hit TV series ‘Ramayan’ will also attend the event.
