Government asks airlines to ensure last bag arrives at baggage belt within 30 minutes
Civil aviation security regulator Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has asked airlines to deploy adequate manpower in 10 days so that passengers don’t have to wait at airports for their luggage. The regulator on Friday wrote to airlines saying that the first bag should arrive at the baggage belt in 10 minutes of the aircraft shutting down the engine whereas the last bag within 30 minutes. In January, BCAS monitored baggage arrival time of all airlines at six metro airports- Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai on a weekly basis and found that they were not according to the standard set in Operation, Management and Delivery Agreement (OMDA).

'Delhi Chalo' march: Union ministers, farmer leaders to hold 4th round of talks today
The two sides — ministers and farmer leaders — had met earlier on February 8, 12 and 15 but talks remained inconclusive. trust vote in the 70-member Delhi Assembly with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal claiming that his party has emerged as the biggest challenger to the BJP, which «wants to crush it by any means». Kejriwal, who is also the national convener of the AAP, won the confidence motion with the support of 54 MLAs and said no legislator of his party defected. Farmers to stage dharnas in four states on Feb 21: Rakesh Tikait
Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait on Saturday announced that farmers will stage dharnas in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Uttarakhand on February 21 to press their demands, including a legal guarantee of MSP. Speaking to reporters after attending a panchayat in Sisauli here, Tikait said a resolution was passed during the meeting asking the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) to launch a tractor march to Delhi in the last week of February if the government does not accept farmers' demands. The panchayat was held as farmers' 'Delhi Chalo' march, called by the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) and the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha, to press the government to accept their demands entered the fifth day on Saturday.
