They visited the Kashi Vishwanath temple to offer prayers, before walking the ramp for Malhotra on the banks of Varanasi. Both the stars were seen flaunting traditional wear at the Dashashwamedh Ghat. The ‘Crew’ actress looked glorious in a golden-coloured kurta and pajama, while the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ star looked like a million bucks in a pristine white khadi kurta. In an interview with ANI, Singh revealed that he was a devotee of Lord Shiva and had always wanted to visit the temple. “I cannot express in words the experience I have had today. Lifelong I have been a devotee of lord Shiva and I have come here for the first time. Next time I want to come here along with my mother.”

Mumbai: Disney Star has rationalised ad rates for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024, compared to the previous edition held in 2022. The tournament is slated for June 1-29 in the United States and West Indies. On TV, the broadcaster is seeking ad rates of over Rs 6.2 lakh per 10-second spot from sponsors and Rs 6.4 lakh per 10-second spot from spot buyers. For just India and playoff matches, the 10-second rate goes up to Rs 35 lakh and Rs 18 lakh on mobile and CTV, respectively. Disney Star owns both TV and digital rights for ICC events in India.

India's pharma exports to US surge 15% in 11 months of FY24
Mumbai: After a lull, India's pharma exports to the US have surged 15% in the first 11 months of the last financial year despite regulatory challenges and rising pricing pressures. The pace of exports has more than doubled from the 6.18% growth in the same period of FY23, according to estimates by Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council (Pharmexcil). Exports to the US climbed to $7.83 billion during the April-February period from $6.8 billion in the same period in FY23.

Glenmark recalls 6,528 bottles of blood pressure drug in US
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is recalling 6,528 bottles of a medication used to treat high blood pressure in the American market due to failed dissolution specifications, the US health regulator said. The US-based arm of the Mumbai-headquartered drug firm is recalling the affected lot of Diltiazem Hydrochloride extended-release capsules, the US Food and Drug Administration said in its latest Enforcement Report. The affected lot has been produced in India and is being recalled by New Jersey-based Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc for «failed dissolution specifications», the USFDA said. «Out of Specification (OOS) was reported in a test of dissolution at the 12th month time point in long-term stability study,» it noted.
