Quick commerce platform Swiggy Instamart on Monday said it will now deliver smartphones in 10 major cities. According to the platform, these cities include Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Faridabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune, with plans to expand to more cities. Amazon India will eliminate referral fees on over 12 million products priced below Rs 300 from April 7, in its largest seller fee reduction till date, to support small businesses selling on the platform. Hindustan Unilever (HUL) will be in focus on Tuesday after the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved the company’s proposal to acquire Uprising Science, the parent company of beauty and personal care brand Minimalist, on Monday. Jaipur-based Uprising Science specializes in manufacturing and selling beauty, personal care, baby care, and hair care products under the 'Minimalist' brand.

Slikk Club has raised $3.2 million (about Rs 27.7 crore) in a funding round led by global venture capital firm Lightspeed. The round also saw participation from early-stage venture capital firm Multiply Ventures and other angel investors including Tracxn founder Abhishek Goyal, DST Global's Saurabh Gupta and Panthera Peak Ventures’ Nikhil Bhandarkar. The firm will use the funds for expanding operations in Bengaluru, aiming to cover 80% of the city's pin codes by setting up dark stores, expanding into new categories, adding more brands to the platform and strengthening its leadership team.
