arrested a 25-year-old YouTuber from Rajasthan, in connection with the firing incident outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Mumbai residence. The youth, named Laturlal Gujar, reportedly threatened the ‘Dabangg’ star through a video named ‘Are Chhodo Yaar’. The video became viral on YouTube. Gujar was brought to Mumbai and produced before the city court. He is to remain in police custody till June 18. According to the Mumbai police, a complaint against Gujar was filed after the video went viral. Gujar is believed to have connections with gangsters Goldy Brar, Vivek Bhaiya, Rohit, and Jitin, who issued death threats to the ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’ star. The video content was transcribed by the police officials. It reads, “Ram Ram mere sabhi Bhaiyo (Ram Ram all my brothers)… Brothers, we are all brothers now, Goldy is my brother, Nitin, Vivek, Rohit, and Jitin, they all are here and there are many more brothers.” The video further stated, “Our intention was clear, what we want and it was shared but he is not listening. His ego gets hurt. He has an attitude and he has an ego. He considers himself Dabangg King Khan.”

Their fraud serves as a reminder that, when firms fail to comply with the law, investors get hurt."The judgement, to which Terraform and Kwon consented, includes $4.05 billion of disgorgement plus interest, and a $420 million civil fine for the company.

They do not mention how the three-domed structure was removed on December 6, 1992, they are only starting to narrate the issue from November 9, 2019, when the Ayodhya verdict was given,» Satyendra Das Maharaj said speaking to ANI. Notably, NCERT left Babri Masjid out, referring to it only as a «three-dome structure» in its revised Class 12th Political Science textbook. The revision pertains to Chapter 8, 'Recent Developments in Indian Politics'.

Some irregularities have come to light in two places. I assure students and parents that the government has taken this seriously,» Pradhan told ANI.

Delhi High Court that smaller teams from their existing strength of five bomb disposal squads (BDS) and 18 bomb detection teams (BDT) can be formed to meet the requirement of more such units in case of an emergency. The Delhi Police said there are also 23 BDS/BDT units of the Central Armed Police Forces stationed in the national capital, which can be deployed after due approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs. It further said five batches of BDS/BDT, having 15 personnel in each batch, will also be trained in this regard.

Meghwal said the Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, and the Evidence Act will be replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Act. He added that necessary training programmes and infrastructure development for implementing the new laws are already underway. «The three new laws will be implemented from July 1 for providing timely, speedy, and error-free justice,» Meghwal said during the inaugural session of 'India's Progressive Path in the Administration of Criminal Justice System' held here on Sunday.
