UPS CEO Analysis reports Courts Investigations 'Cannot take it anymore': 6-line note written in eyeliner found in Bengaluru CEO's son murder case
Bengaluru CEO Suchana Seth's son murder case have found a crucial piece of evidence: crumpled tissue revealed a six-line note. This note, a crucial piece of evidence, sheds light on Suchana's mental state, indicating that the custody dispute had been weighing heavily on her, Times of India reported, citing investigators. Suchana Seth, the CEO of Bengaluru start-up Mindful AI Lab, is accused of murdering her 4-year-old son in a north Goa apartment. The note was found within the suitcase containing the lifeless body of her four-year-old son. The note, inscribed with an eyeliner, cited coercion from the court and her estranged husband, who, she claimed, pressured her to give up custody of her son. «Court and my (estranged) husband pressurising me to give custody of my son, and I cannot take it anymore,» says the note, written with an eyeliner, according to the report «My ex-husband is violent… he used to teach bad manners to (my) son. I don't want to give even a day's custody to the father.» Investigators disclosed that Suchana sang a lullaby in an attempt to lull her son to sleep before allegedly taking his life. Authorities plan to submit the note for forensic analysis to authenticate the handwriting. In addition, Suchana had been in contact with a parental therapist before the tragic incident, prompting investigators to scrutinize call records for further insights, the report said.
